Edit mode slides match preview slides but NOT filmstrip or published slides

i creating patient health survey clinic. after receiving feedback staff, decided change of text in slides.

 

i can edit text in main slides , see changes in preview mode. however, changes not show on filmstrip , more importantly not show in published mode.

 

i beginning developer welcome.

 

it responsive project. did check primary view? responsive projects designed work primary down. change on primary view inherited tablet , mobiel. wonder if perhaps seeing primary view in filmstrip , editing tablet view. when published: how did check? if on laptop or desktop primary view have been visible because montior have width>768 pixels.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
