Frustrated - synced edits with PS Express & PS

i'm working on project work , decided edit photos on ipad using photoshop express. downloaded creative cloud ipad , windows computer can "seamlessly transfer" files  adobe has been advertising. finished 3 of 6 sections of project last night , decided give each section own file can keep project better organized.  created folders , added pictures in 3 of folders. folders , files synced no issues. added pics individual files , synced no issues.

 

when went check pics on windows desktop, noticed of editing had been removed!  puzzled, deleted pictures computer and  checked same ones on ipad , noticed pics on ipad fine. editing still intact.   more puzzled, uploaded 1 edited pic ipad file on desktop, , synced perfectly.  there not way upload multiple pics @ same time program ipad windows desktop?  creative cloud have copy file formatting?  real confused , frustrated.

 

fyi, don't reach out useless chat support team, respond with"i wish can we  download install team support windows  or mac operating system ."

 

need help!!!  on deadline!!

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
