Creative Cloud Desktop files not showing overlay icons. (Green check mark, blue syncing arrows)

problem:

after updating creative cloud desktop version 3.8.0.310 released on 08/30/2016 found files living the creative cloud folder no longer displayed overlay icons (green check mark synced, , blue arrows syncing.) prior update icons displaying correctly on files, after update disappeared. files syncing cloud icons showing me synced, syncing, or have error no longer showing up. know isn’t major problem find them extremely helpful in workflow team since collaborate daily. suggestions on how fix this?

 

update 8/31/16: found when "save as" , preview folders on creative cloud desktop overlay icons (green check mark , blue syncing icons) showing up. no idea why show there not in regular finder view of creative cloud folder.

 

what have tried:

signing in , out of creative cloud.

restarting computer.

turning sync on , off.

 

computer: mac

imac (27-inch, late 2013)

processor 3.2 ghz intel core i5

memory 8gb 1600 mhz ddr3

the green check marks indicated particular file has been synced , blue arrows mean file still syncing.

 

can try connect on different network , check?

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? InDesign CC 2015 won't open - plugplugowl.dll
