Stroke Weight Affecting Size of Object & Alignment

hello,

 

i upgraded illustrator 2015.3 , since have been having issue line weights.

 

normally draw line that's 1" wide , has stroke of .5pt , align .5" down , .5" left , when duplicate down every .5" next line reads @ 1" top.  when reading 1.1" or 6p0.5.  there setting somewhere makes x , y axis read center of line not outside of line?  issue applying when try align line top of box, aligns line outside of stoke instead of center...

 

can help?

turn on/off use preview bounds, either in general preferences or in flyout menu of align palette?

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
