Speedgrade Won't Open

was working fine last week. when try top open it, splash screen , disappears.

i've tried uninstalling/reinstalling, no avail.

i updated few apps week (premiere, photoshop, etc.), have caused problem?

 

any ideas?

 

(fyi, i'm on windows7)

depending on updates, part or of issue. don't know if you're aware of removal of direct link process such speedgrade open prpro project files , grade them, happened 2015.3 rollout last june, more recent prpro versions (we're (2015.4 ) there's problem using speedgrade.

 

if in general, sg doesn't start up, first thing try hold down alt key while starting up, see if skipping pref's file fixes it. if not, sign out of cc desktop app, re-boot, , sign in. see if makes work.

 

next move download adobe cc cleaner tool , use uninstall , clean few other files os-based uninstall doesn't remove.

after re-booting, sign out & cc desktop app, there, download copy of sg & install.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
