normally email arrives within 48 hours.  comes noreply@adobe.com , blocked user's spam filters.  please check spam folder see if email there.  following licensing team.

 

the installers available in following format:

  • windows:  exe, msi, cupt & scup catalog
  • mac: app , pkg
  • linux: tar.gz & rpm

 

a license agreement valid 1 year.  after 1 year need re-apply license.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
