Photoshop text for Muse website

i have piece of text 371 x 504pxl can in muse, requires signature embedded within it. tried in muse on resizing laptops etc, signature (jpeg) floats around , doesn't resize. 

 

i trying create text in photoshop signature embedded.  on testing within muse site, works resizing, file can access photoshop or jeg file , quality isn't think should be.

 

i thought tiff file offer best quality , although have saved work in format cant access it.  shows pale grey when try bring in muse.

 

i interested know if knows best format use , attributes need click on?

could in illustrator , save .svg file, keep "vector" higher quality in size.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
