I can not unsubscribe

what's happening. have few months can not on subscription management page. payment happens credit card , can not anything. forum nothing intelligible me no 1 can say. unsubscribe me, show here. , please return money has been spent, due problems on site.

 

unsubscribe plans:

creative cloud photography plan (one-year)

creative cloud single-app membership animate (one-year)

 

here error get.

do not tell me necessary clear browser cache. not help. please solve problem
