Crashes while rendering and exporting

3 calls adobe , project still crashes while rendering , exporting. technician says crashes due 3rd party plugin, each time assure me has been resolved, , send me on way. @ around 80% rendered (which takes 2-3 hours), crashes again , support line closed. help

well, not lot can with, there? don't know squat machine, media, , of course 3rd party plugin ... how illuminating me , fellow users here can @ least have edumacated guess @ how help?

 

os/cpu/ram/gpu/vram ... specific number-dot-number version of prpro (do not waste our time "latest" cc desktop app lies way trust it) ... type of media you're using ... prpro effects used ... , of course, 3rd party plugin in use.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
