Acrobat 10 Pro can't install on new laptop

installed acrobat 10 pro on surface pro windows 10 few months ago , worked great.  have new work laptop(lenovo thinkpad; windows 7 enterprise) , tried install , not take serial number.  uninstalled surface pro , our guy tried install on new laptop again , not take serial number.  logged adobe account help.  license not showing on acct.  i'm not sure ever registered it. (i bought disc online amazon seller believe.)  tried register serial number on account , adobe said serial number registered.  chatted adobe support , said couldn't because "volume license".  wouldn't tell me meant said needed talk bought from.  seems fishy in working fine on surface pro doesn't seem there should license issue adobe pointing to.  appreciated. 

we can't you. got sold illegitimate license, seems. contact seller , ask refund, or report them amazon.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
