User can't start PS CC

pc info:

win7

domain joined

uac = off

 

this particular user tries start pscc, graphic comes showing loading. start script runs across graphic gets "initializing", stops, pop window says program cannot started.

 

here gets strange; or other person in department can remote pc via rdp , start pscc perfectly.

 

the user has no pserrorlog.txt file me @ under path "c:\users\[username]\appdata\roaming\adobe\adobe photoshop cc\adobe photoshop cc settings\"

cutting "adobe photoshop cc settings" folder out , restarting pscc generate new 1 not fix issue nor give me pserrorlog.txt file analyze.

 

any appreciated, strange issue.

which exact version of photoshop cc using?

check photoshop quits while initializing.

 

try launching photoshop skipping third party plugins/presets.follow steps below.

  • launch photoshop while holding down shift key
  • select skip loading 3rd party plugins.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
