Import command is frozen

hi everyone, encountered frustrating bug lightroom today when trying import photographs. have pictures selected , clicked import, there no response screen. when tapped esc import dialog closes, , there progress bar in top left says "import photos...etc."

 

i assume importing, dialog box import not close. previously, had closed after clicked.

 

is else getting problem? i've attached screenshot.

please turn off graphics processor lightroom preferences , check if helps.

 

open lightroom

go lightroom preferences edit menu

click on performance tab

uncheck graphics processor

restart lightroom

InDesign CC 2015 won't open - plugplugowl.dll

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode?
