i'm converting video files premier elements 13 windows 10 64 bit system post on vimeo. 5 minutes conversion computer shuts down. before upgrade windows 10 using windows 7. didn't have problems premier elements or computer. looked @ receipt , there no selection windows 10 download. problem?

there's no mention of support windows 10.  although doesn't mean goose cooked.   fresh install of windows 10 or did migrate older version?

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
