Exporting from AI CS6 to JPEG - missing image layers

i trying save illustrator file in jpeg format, pdf large printing company. unfortunately, when save jpeg or png, of image missing. not happen when save illustrator, eps, or pdf format.

 

not sure why layers won't export. parts of image missing within same sub-layers other parts show up. i've attached 2 screen shots ... pdf looks fine, jpeg missing of white logo , lettering @ top.

 

please help!

try selecting objects in question , in attributes panel, check if set overprint. don't want use overprint white.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
