Zero denominator in ratio multiply (17 :: 17)

hi-

 

i'm using after effects cs6 , have issue rendering.

 

1920x1080 size mpeg4

when set format avi mpeg4, can find warning on bottom.

 

warning : output file resized 1920x1080 (1.00 par) 176 x 120 (1.21 par) meet format constraints.

warning: frame rate of output file adjusted 30 15 fps meet format constraints. audio not synchronize.

 

at first, ignored , got renderings.

 

then tried few more times better quality or something.

it showed zero denominator in ratio multiply (17 :: 17) and can't rendering anymore..

 

i don't know problem , can't find solution.

i tried rebut computer.

 

is computer problem? or made wrong?

please me !~~

processor: intel core i5-6600 cpu @ 3.30ghz

ram: 8.00gb

system type : 64 bit

  1. what exact ae version. (full numbers)
  2. what exact workflow? show screenshots of menu selections, wrong set of parameters of output settings.

InDesign CC 2015 won't open - plugplugowl.dll

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode?
