InDesign CC 2015 crashes when I try to publish online

i have simple book file crashes ind everytime try publish online, or save epub. have looked @ threads 3 days, tried solutions understand.  no fix.  need assistance.  ideas?  (it large document...600 pages +)

 

i working on surface 3, windows 10. 

i experiencing same difficulties on other computer.

 

is file?

the fonts?

 

how know?

i'd first try restore indesign preferences:

 

trash, replace, reset, or restore application preferences

 

if doesn't it, try saving idml deal possible corruption in file:

 

clean corrupt files exporting .idml or .inx

 

to test fonts, create test document using same fonts you're using in document, , see if crashes.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
