Why are no moving objects detected?

i'm using adobe premiere elements 4.1 edit smooth 1920x1080 phantom (drone) footage.  there no foreground subjects, there many features of background have pretty obvious patterns.  when try apply motion tracking, told "no moving objects detected, please use select object mark object tracked."  message presented me after click select object, adjust bounds, , click track object.  i've tried many different features of many different sizes , message.  video similar this, starting around 2 minutes: upper north fork kings river (raw) - youtube.

 

what doing wrong, , how can premiere track background feature?

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
