Remove all Mouse Points (Captivate 8)?

hi all,

 

i use adobe captivate 8 create tutorial videos, , overall i'm pleased how works. however, practice of creating "mouse points" in video demos driving me wall. can see intended use of mouse points, precisely control mouse movement in final demonstration, , i'm sure work that. however, have no use them in presentations, , having them present leads apparent cursor doing weird things when have trim videos. @ moment, every time finish recording have go edit > edit mouse points, through whole video timeline, , right-click , delete every single mouse point. on long videos can on 100 points.

 

my question whether either of these 2 things exist in captivate 8:

a). setting prevent captivate creating mouse points in first place when record video demos

b). command remove mouse points recorded video demo @ stroke.

 

if neither of these things yet exist, please point me can make product request. in advance!

perhaps uncheck show mouse in video demo mode.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
