Photoshop.exe- Bad Image Error on Program Opening in Windows 10

software version: adobe cc photoshop 2015.5

operating system: windows 10 latest update

 

windows updated newest software , when did, no longer able run photoshop 2015.5 or of latest versions of illustrator or indesign. received following error message (picture attached):

 

c:\windows\system32\msvcp140.dll either not designed run on windows or contains error. try installing program again using original installation media or contacting system administrator or software vendor support. error status 0xc000012f

 

i have uninstalled adobe files (including temp files/download history/etc.) , installed again, no avail. ideas?adobe issues.png

sounds me microsoft runtime issue: error msvcr110.dll opening adobe creative cloud apps in windows 10

 

can make sure install visual c++ redistributable visual studio 2012 update 4 link above?

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
