Can't update my billing information
hey, got email 2 days ago with:
"your creative cloud membership expire on 31.08.2016. hope you've been making of creative cloud has offer. extend membership, please update billing information account, or add prepaid card."
so when login adobe , click on update billing information, pop-up loading venster , error:
"we can not process information . please try again later or use browser . please contact customer support if problem persists."
so i've tried different browsers , i've tried 3 different days , still doesn't work. should do? since need programs school , internship, can't let end week , payed past year so...
contact support - link below click still need help? option in blue area @ bottom , choose chat or phone option...
make sure logged in adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear cookie cache. if fails connect try using different browser.
