Photoshop CS6 Scratch Disc Full

i educator , students in process of completing 9 week test project in photoshop cs6.  on several of imacs, when students try utilize custom shape tool, error message pops reads " recovery info can no longer saved because scratch disks full" or "could not use custom shape tool because scratch disks full".  there plenty of space available on computers.  have never seen message before.

 

can please me.  students' 9 week test grade!  have tried phone adobe , there no phone support.  sent me chat , received no support there.  chat sent me forum.

 

please help!  in serious time crunch 9 week grades.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
