How to create top bar sticky nav that hides when you scroll down, reveals when you scroll up?

does know how create type of top nav bar in muse on site: character | branding & design agency

not sure if there way in muse or outside widget it, or if requires html.

 

when scroll down, hides pushing up, , when scroll re-appears pushing down. not sure if there's name this, couldnt find in searches. love have on portfolio website.

it can not done regular means of muse. you must be javascript coder to make it.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
