different pictures shows on the same frame with half and full resolution

in same frame,don't know why while using  half  resolution or full resolution,the same frame shows different picture

sometimes half  resolution shows right picture on frames, sometime no,and vice versa.

example.

in 02:00 put picture named "pic5" on frame,but full resolution shows picture of "pic6", , while use half resolution preview, shows "pic5"

but in 3:00 put picture named "pic4" on frame, full resolution shows picture of "pic4",but half resolution preview, shows "pic5"

and while render , use result of full resolution

 

i had used edit>purge>all memory , chache, fix problem sometimes,but not everytime.

how should this?

yep, cache problem. should try delete cache preferences->memory , disk cache

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
