Clips with Alpha Channel Not Working After Aug 2016 Update

this random, i've got bunch of motion designer's silhouettes digital juice in current project, , after last update, none of them show in composition monitor. clips still there. nothing changed. no silhouettes. quicktime video files alpha , feature silhouette of person performing various tasks.

 

they aren't working in both after effects , premiere.

 

i have explosion clips alpha on timeline. still work, aren't bright , intense prior update.

 

help? advices appreciated.

all information have shows bug in 13.8.1 on os systems. yours? happens on windows 10 , os. workaround uninstall quicktime or work 2015.2 version. take here:

re: new update has broken .mov png format

ae color error/bug on png+ (codec)

problems fire , muzzle flash assets

re: ae not interpereting color values

color of alpha layered .mov shifted upon reopening program

re: alpha channel footage displays incorrect colors. need asap!!!! have samples

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
