Acrobat DC plus Word 2010 poor tagging results

does using acrobat dc , word 2010 produce poor tagging results? gets tagged, 95% of tags incorrect , role mapping on place (heading 1 paragraph, body text mapped heading 2, etc.). luckily, tables , lists come out fine. results not differ between well-formatted word file built solid template structure or chaotic word file riddled direct formatting.

i relatively new tagging pdfs accessibility , wonder if better results using word 2010 acrobat x or xi or word 2013/2016 acrobat dc. goal have accessible structured pdf files without needing carpal tunnel treatment hands.

how converting word pdf? better results using pdf maker on acrobat tab opposed "save as" pdf file tab. better results if word document uses styles headings, etc, , passes word accessibility checker no errors or warnings. also, using recent version available of both word , acrobat. results vary though, , there amount of accessibility cleanup work in acrobat.
