Mocha tracking problem

hi all

 

anyone know why , how fix following. tracking footage in mocha, select video layer need track, selct "track in mochaae" , mocha opens video go, clipped correct timecode etc. today haven't been able that, every time above, mocha opens doesn't have of footage info, asking me select clip , frames etc. i'm half way through project have been tracking footage fine , have loads more shots trck don't want manually enter details each time. ideas gratefully received.

what exact ae , mocha? footage specs? exact same footage imported mocha perfectly? or different type of footage before?

 

this mean footage codec not supported mocha , have export format , import mocha. recommended use .mov files or image sequences best results: https://www.imagineersystems.com/support/support-faq/#why-doesnt-mocha-support-my-footage

 

btw imagineersystems lately released mocha pro plugin: plug-in option « imagineer systems  sorts out whole trasition between ae , mocha. plugin don't have deal converting footage if it's not supported format.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
