Dynamic link not working 2015.3

(windows 10 64bit - 32gb ram - nvidia gtx980ti driver update 372.70 - ae cc 2015.3 - 13.8.1.38)

 

hi,

just did clean install (windows , adobe cc) since new ae , pr not working on workstation.

i have 2 problems after effects:

 

1) on startup ae freezes on splash screen. works if something, opening browser window or clicking on splash screen, strange works.

if click on splash screen, windows error pops out crash, disappears, ae starts , works normally.

clearly, i'm not trusting procedure , i'd fix behaviour since every time hope starts without crashes. can't on production machine.

 

2) can't render ame. clicking "queue ame" nothing (if ame it's closed doesn't launch it).

if send export>add queue or manually importing ame comp, when run encoding stucks on "connecting dynamic link server..." , nothing happens (i know takes time, waited 20 minutes!).

 

already tried run both programs administrator , other solution found in other posts no luck.

 

thanks help.

any antivirus or firewalls installed? try disable , check. other recommend contacting support, can control computer via remote desktop , perform surgical fix. did eventually: ae 2015.3 stuck on flash screen suddenly

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
