Adobe CS6 License Activation

i have imaged lab of student computers running mac os 10.11.6. image contains adobe cs6. post imaging, activated license local admin account. logged out , logged in student , verified launch 1 of applications, indesign, without being prompted activate license again. however, since completing process 2 weeks, students being prompted activate license when launch same application, indesign.

 

is there different process should following allow license activated users?

i can't answer question directly, part of problem may cs6 has not been, , not be, updated compatible operating system... may never old software work new operating system

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
