i purchased photoshop elements years ago , computer went kaput , did photoshop! tech guy took able extract serial number computer photo shop- however, can't life of me remember version had! i'm positive wasn't before version 11, have downloaded 14, 13, 12, & 11 see if serial code work , keeps telling me "invalid serial number". i'm frustrated did purchase it- , no, doesn't show in purchases, downloads, or on account. don't know do! or direction appreciated. when going through portals tells me repeatedly if have serial number , not redemption code (they're different), i'll need download , reenter serial number. not working though.   could person adobe enter serial number , verify in fact real serial number , version goes to? have tried logging account , see products registered under name?  need use same e-mail address registered product or products.  products bought since pse12 required registered otherwise won't activate.    hope help...

i have intel core i3 laptop 6gb ram , 1tb storage , 64bit. can edit videos fine , got rendering had problems. i'm trying render 31 minute video 3 png photos on top of footage it  plays , music.(originally animated pngs though problem) have settings in youtube 720, 23fps .max bitrate8, target 5. use previews. yet still 60hr + render times until hits 70 , cancel. , suggests appreciated.   [moved speedgrade forum premiere pro forum - moderator] first, forum adobe's speedgrade program, grading program, not adobe's premiere pro, nle or editing program.   that forum here ... premiere pro   second, can tell post, computer under-powered i'm amazed prpro loads at all. i5 cpu 8gb of ram considered absolutely minimalist work. choke on of can basic things. i3 laptop 6gb? undoubtedly running on-board graphics "chip" uses of ... i3, not 500mb ... wow.   there's no guts machine.   throw in single drive , rig having use chunks of drive page-files simulate ram ... you...

as title, links in pdf opened in dc work when file opened "as is".   if start highlighting text, links (even not highlighted) stop working , internet browser doesn't  pop up.   saving file, closing , reopening it, make links operative again until highlight again single sentence, bringing again issue.   is bug? have anything?   thanks More discussions in Acrobat Reader adobe

hello,   i working on photoshop plug-in artivity ( http://artivity.io/ ). goal capture data of creative process. additionally pure metadata, want capture small renderings of changed layer png. the main plug-in implemented automation plug-in, works fine. on changes export plug-in triggered supposed write layer png. i tried different methods haven't found 1 works.   first tried using png export of photoshop. required me change state of document (hide layers) , takes way long. additionally image not scaled down.   my next approach use readpixelsfromlevel() gave me scaled down representation of layer exportrecord::documentinfo::layersdescriptor this means don't have worry scaling, awesome! saved images pngs boost::gil (something hope can in thread, have not tried yet). for rgb8 images worked reasonably well. when started implement same mechanism cmyk8 ran number of issues. converting boost::gil resulted in vastly different image because didn't account colour profiles.   ...
