Digital ID Provided by Organization is not being recognized in signing PDF.

i have digital id provided organizations communication server.

it listed in identities , trusted certificates , i've set default.

when go sign document, i'm prompted "add digital id" dialogue box , not able use digital id.

 

i upgraded acrobat standard acrobat pro dc.  got work in standard , had upgrade pro forms created signed individuals using reader.

you have been provided public digital certificate organization's communication server can verify signed or certified documents may send you. if want sign or certify pdf document, need create own digital certificate password know. note password very hard crack. if use certificate sign or certify pdf might want keep copy of document not signed or certified.

 

for others verify "signature" need send under separate cover or email public key certificate. encryption technique hard crack , used in encryption methods.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
