Premiere Pro CC - Settings to create an iPad 3 video

i wondering best settings in premiere pro cc (2015.2 release) create video playing on ipad 3 (2048 x 1536).

 

it's been few years since have used program (and feel very newb right now) , did not see available presets made ipad. if there not preset this, choose 1 , modify it's settings? if so, setting use?

 

and how export viewed on ipad (codex use , format)?

 

any appreciated.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
