encoder activation

hi, working on project thought premire elements 7.0 able handle. but, when try import .mpg file or .wmv file, message saying need activate component, , directs me 404 error page, no help.  way around this?

we saw had similar issue version 10 few days ago.

 

the problem using these old versions of program (and 1 7 years ago) online features no longer supported. program used need activate mpeg element , few other components, did automatically first time used them. apparently main concept, provided activation, no longer so.

 

i'm not sure recommend except upgrading version 11 or later.

 

although it's possible that, if download , install free trial of version 14, component may install , you'll have it. no guarantees, won't cost , it's worth try.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
