Changing units of measurement to European points

hi,

 

in preferences can change inside "units & increments" values of points/picas a) postscript points (72 pt/inch), b) american points (72.27 pt/inch), , there strange values of "72.23" , "72.3".

i'm wondering if can change or add value didot points (= 0.3759 mm, 1.0697 ap, 1.0655 pt) instead of dtp point "72" point value of "67.564" inch.

yes. definition of point can value between 60 , 80. it's not intuitive, points/inch field dropdown or text.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
