Donation/Comment Form or Feed

i'm working on adobe muse...

i've been trying figure out way have customers fill out basic form message, add donation , submit , have message appear on feed on webpage. far, i've found widget lets people post comments doesn't allow submitting donation. i've found lots of 3rd party form builders allow customers pay or donate using paypal , whatnot, none of them have comment/live feed capabilities.

i can these things separately can't find form builder or widget allows in 1 submission , posts message...

 

all need is:

parent name

athlete's name

name of school

message athlete

donation

submit.

and message appear on bottom of page once submitted , paid for....

 

anyone have idea how me?

is site hosted adobe bc?

 

collect payment using form

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
