Cannot remove all Adobe cloud apps

2 problems:

- throw of adobe apps in bin - , removed them.. (unfortunately saw tutorial warning not this...)

- there stil apps (like creative cloud app) left cannot uninstall. if try app error. if try use cloud app download program stays on 42%

 

question:

how adobe-files deleted can start scratch?

what steps have take?

 

info mac:

imac (27 inch)

version 10.11.6 (os x el capitan)

 

 

i had problems updating apps want use cleaner tool; therefor have remove adobe products. throw them in bin.. read isn't thing do...

 

hope has right steps fix this!

first empty temp folder.

 

uninstall cc including cc desktop app, uninstall adobe creative cloud desktop application

clean computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart computer (don't skip this)

reinstall cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud

use desktop app install cc programs/trials

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
