540x1920 export

i have project have export video in 540x1920 going stretched on 1080x3840 screen after. how do this?

 

i have started thread prosject earlier different problem, thought better start new thread this.

i need make 3 different videos: 1080x1920, 1920x1080 , 1080x3840 (540x1920). last screen screens on top of eachother works 1 screen.

 

if aim @ using 1080x1920 video have made 540x1920...i'm thinking using same video on top of eachother, how go doing that? have change settings in project beforehand or? have no idea really

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
