Workflow for Lightroom check in and checkout on two computers

hi,

i have 2 offices, on in asia , 1 in europe. in asia have master computer , large desk drive originals stored. when travel europe it's month or more, 4 months, , imagine have thousands of pictures brought back. problem want bring older pictures , work on them during travelling, export , transfer laptop. after coming it's nightmare trying find out how synchronise old , new master computer. if i'm busy year might have worked on main computer month or 2 until finding time import back, , trying find out have latest version. have not found way show last edit date. have searched internet have not found makes easy. know make work, have transfer picture files temp area on master computer, delete photos in master lightroom, , import catalog , transfer temp files proper place in structure. structure looks like:

 

photos in lightroom

private/year/month/occation

projects/year/month/name

customers/year/name-date

 

for me great if there proper checkout, allow lock folder on main, , easy check in, , know last version because there can't two. i'm having trouble exporting zenfolio, there no synchronisation uploaded each of computers. i'm stuck working directly in zenfolio, making traceback , tone adjustments etc. impossibility.

 

does have similar trouble , have created workflow can understood? love hear it.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
