Class Not Registerd

i have written simple plugin liase out document management software, system log current open file , pass external dll call document manager).  worked find of month ago when trying initialize external dll claims class not registered (from compiled add-in, working previous day.). 

 

i have taken external dependancies out of dll display message box, same thing.  have compiled both plugin , external dll in 64 bit , 32 bit , still same (using appropriate regasm tool register it).  isn't on local machine though,,, occurs on tested on,

 

have come bit of impasse , need or guidance.

ps have posted in wrong forum elsewhere not sure (i went developer forum straight google).

does happen in acrobat (not reader)?

does happen if turn off protected mode?

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
