Problem Converting Elements 9 Catalog to Elements 14

when ran conversion seems photos imported looks places not included. in addition appears 2 categories added in addition people, places , events not imported. in seems conversion elements 14 poor.

 

there message corruption.

 

how can upgrade elements 7 elements 14 , metadata recognized cataloged in version 9 organizer?

in elements 11 there has been big change in keywords categories link people , places categories face recognition , geotagging features. 3 new types of keyword categories have been introduced old standard one: places, people , events.

if there message corruption, another, different, matter. state word word?

 

by default, when convert older catalogs, tags imported in new categories, in own tabs.

if, me, want keep old way, rename master people , places categories conversion module not convert them (use mypeople instance).

you can convert again old catalog (tick appropriate checkbox on bottom allow converting converted old catalogs).

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
