AE Farm Nodes Only Rendering When Signed Into Adobe Account

hello,

 

we have installed ae2014 on our render farm (win 7 nodes). have verified aerender in support files location should be.

 

when attempting render machine using deadline 7.2, following error output within deadline.

after effects error: unable obtain license. please run full application correct problem or more detailed message.

  @ deadline.plugins.scriptplugin.rendertasks(string taskid, int32 startframe, int32 endframe, string& outmessage, abortlevel& abortlevel)

 

if login render node gives error , sign adobe behaves expected, right world. understanding of aerender is allows background rendering therefore not needing signed in. if true, wondering why test renders keep failing on node not signed same "unable obtain license" error.

 

am not understanding aerender or have problem?

the "ae_render_only_node.txt" has been placed in "users/public/public documents/adobe"

 

and still prompting sign full version.

 

any ideas?

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
