Saving files in photoshop elements

i need clear memory card previous pictures shot, dare not because there files dependent on images on card. doesn't happen every time, if don't have card inserted in computer, files thumbnail images & can't pulled because little information exist. clear memory card mean image lost forever apart thumbnail.  how capture info memory card images/files can reuse card?

what operating system?  if windows (7, 8, 8.1 or 10) launch file manager , browse memory card.  if system can see images, can copy , paste them in folder such pictures , import them in pse organizer.   copying them folder, have moved them away memory card hard disk.  can wipe card start again.

 

however, should know hard disks can corrupted, worn out or destroyed ever reasons images on can lost.  therefore, should make backup  of them away hd.  best way put them in cloud people hesitant send best option buy external portable hard drive can connected using usb port , copied on it.  once done, can put away until next time want back-up more images.  there cheap portable hard disks available need search them on websites or big stores' website.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
