how to select camera by script

i using webcam.js on computer web cam,

 

sometime, trigger load event not trigger life event wait 1minute.

as result show white screen on streaming area.

 

after identify reason, found out streaming camera not used streaming.

 

my question is, there way let me select camera streaming in script?

i have imagine webcam.js javascript, , not flash.  don't believe either javascript or flash let choose arbitrary list of cameras via script.  they're going make camera available user has selected in browser or flash preferences, respectively.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
