Acrobat Pro DC comment tools issues

we have k12 enterprise deployment of adobe acrobat pro dc version 2015.017.20050 on macbook airs running os x 10.11.  many of our students having issues edits comment tools not saving. highlighter not work. once exit program , go in, work. edits disappear, exit program, , work re-appear.
additionally, students using comment button , thought button not showing on document, showing comment in margin. issue isn't consistent affects 1000 devices on irregular basis.

 

is else having issue or have ideas solutions?

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
