Very slow update during review

i making project in premiere elements 14 several video clips , adding speak separate audio track.
unfortunately impossible me see smooth video in review window during recording. showing still pictures , then, makes impossible me find out in video.
does have suggestion solution?

-my hardware has specs far above recommendations...

assuming you've got @ least quad core i5 , you're working video camcorder , not other source--

 

render timeline (by pressing enter/return on keyboard). orange lines along top of timeline turn green , playback should smooth out.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
