Illustrator CS6 won't load properly, just gives that colourful spinning wheel

i've had illustrator cs6 since october 2016 , haven't had problems until quite recently. i've had problem when every time load illustrator , go load new canvas, programme stalls second , colourful spinning wheel appears, , nothing else happens, spinning wheel goes on , on. can't click off unless quit whole programme. phoned problem , person on other end said people on live chat able me they're qualified for. of course took problem chat. let 1 of adobe team work on computer, not entirely sure did think might've got rid of few things , re downloaded adobe design std (the package including illustrator, photoshop etc) had. after worked on told me applications working fine , showed me loading illustrator me. said goodbye loaded illustrator again , new canvas ready start work have problem come again of spinning colour wheel. went chat , told them had happened told not trained on cs6 , couldn't me if posted issues on forums able to. please can me this?     

what os , system specs running?

 

without knowing - have updated (your os, computer, etc.) may have started cause conflict?

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
