Captivate 9 Editing View

i had captivate 9 installed. under view tab (please see below) have no option show rulers. also, i'm not able insert guides. there "some switch" need turn on? assistance may able provide!

 

you still on first version of captivate 9, version 9.0.0.

 

guides , rulers added first patch 9.0.1. wrote blog post them:

meanwhile second patch released, on 9.0.2.

do not forget read release notes: before installing pathc have clear preferences , delete layouts folder in public documents under adobe\elearning assets.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
