Cannot Add Anything to CC Library - Icons Grayed Out

hi everyone,

 

one of users using adobe cc 3.8.0.310, indesign cc 2015.4 release (11.4.1.102) illustrator cc 2015.3.1 release (20.1.0) on imac retina 5k 27" late 2014 model running os x yosemite v10.10.5

 

the user had been able add graphics, styles , colors cc library available in indesign until 2 weeks ago, when faced following problem:

all of buttons here grayed out, , have no idea how fix it, have tried following

  • full reinstall of adobe products , adobe cc
  • deleting files of oobe folder in app support, while logged in , while not logged in.
  • deleting coresync *.db files in coresync folder under adobe app support, while logged in , not logged in.
  • logging out of user's account in cc , signing in else.
  • logging out of user's account, restarting pc, relogging user's account.
  • restarting pc.

 

i'm out of ideas!

 

please help!

have tried user (this adobe id) on machine?

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
