Why can't Adobe get their act together for E-commerce payment?


i continue astonished how poorly adobe manages e-commerce transactions. have had e-commerce websites built , have managed them , i've never seen ridiculous adobe's virtual account management. in order change 1 payment option another, have run payment through manually , customer has go online support , jump through hoops make agent understand want them change payment options. have physically refund , recharge credit card.

 

absolutely archaic. company creates sophisticated software, why can't implement efficient, automatic virtual payment whereas customer can change plan payment schedule (annual monthly or vise versa) , update account payment. adobe, in 2016, still uses minions go through massive volume of charges them manually crazy.

 

i needed rant, because i'm in hoop jumping session take multiple days complete various agents.  more people need send letters adobe, insist on receiving snail mail. adobe run lunatics?
