I can't update Adobe Flash Player

hello,

i have desktop pc running windows xp sp3. adobe flash player mozilla firefox (version:47.0.1) latest version is outdated. have downloaded adobe flash player (version:22.0.0.209) file page:adobe flash player install versions  , have followed instructions referred page:flash player help still have problem. save file in 'downloads' folder, double-click on , press 'run'. attached screenshot shows window appears after have pressed 'run'. have been waiting hours see if change unfortunately nothing has changed. windows has remained open many hours when decided close it. have tried many times update still face same problem. i'm looking forward response.adobe.jpg

please try following:

  1. right-click on installer file , select properties
  2. in general tab click unblock button
  3. click apply
  4. click ok close window
  5. double-click on installer file launch installer

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
