extract previews, when source is lost

hi
i have lost external harddisk, , lost pictures.
i have tryed follow instructions both

script extract previews of lost or deleted photos 

and

but not work me.

 

i use mac, , use lightroom cc.

when following adobe instructions (link 1) don´t succed getting script @ menu bar in top.

when using jeffreys tool, end in lightroom screen, previews lost desk not shown in folders..


can me getting further in attempt make extract lost previews ?

first, try restore backups.

 

if reason, don't have backups, need commit making regular , automated backups of of photos , catalog file, no excuses!

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
